I attended my first Tradie Toolbox in February…I really enjoyed the collaboration, particularly the part where we shared our challenges and it was reassuring to know everyone in the room kept to a Code of Conduct. Sean is a fantastic motivator and has great ideas and solutions to solving different businesses problems. I especially liked his advise on dumping the performance appraisal and having access to new templates we can implement in the workplace is a bonus…I look forward to the next one.
